ID Issuing Process
It is possible to request ID issuance and register it using smartphones, without requiring centralized servers, issuing, and registration infrastructures. In other words, an ID System can be established with only an app on smartphones.
Step 1.
Start ID Issuance
Public official meets with a citizen who requested the ID issuance. The issuance process starts by taking a picture of the applicant.

Enter Basic Info
The applicant provides basic information (name, address, etc.) and the public official records them on-site, in-person.
Step 3.
Record Biometric Data
After entering the applicant’s basic information, the public official uses the portable fingerprint reader to record the applicant’s fingerprint data.
Step 4.
Issue ID & Certificates
Once all data have been recorded, the public official issues all applicable credentials (ID, Passport, Driver’s License, etc.) directly to the applicant’s smartphone, at once.

ID Issuance Complete
Issued ID and certificates are stored locally on the smartphone, making them easily accessible to use
